I've been working off and on for about 2 years with this booby sweater/shrug. I'm really proud of this one too! Too bad I finished it right at the beginning of 'might as well be summer' season in Florida, but I'll make sure it's used.
The pattern "Puffy Sleeve Shrug" out of the 06/07 winter issue of Knit.1. I changed a few things to the pattern, mainly not making the sleeves puffy and not having a button closure due to me forgetting to make the button hole. The yarn is Baby Alpaca by Alpaca with a Twist. I am so happy I finished this. While I think booby sweaters are useless, I think they're so cute when you knit them! Now I can cast on with a new project! |
